【摘要】:正泪膜脂质层主要由睑板腺分泌的睑脂形成。脂质层具有重要的生理作用:(1)在瞬目过程中对眼睑运动起到润滑的作用;(2)阻止水液蒸发的屏障作用;(3)阻止微生物和有机物(如花粉)进入眼表~([1])。泪膜脂质层厚度变薄或脂质层成分改变,会使下方水液层蒸发加快,泪膜稳定性下降,泪液渗透压升高,进而引
[Abstract]:The lipid layer of the positive tear film is mainly formed by the eyelid fat secreted by the tarsal gland. Lipid layer plays an important physiological role: (1) lubricating eyelid movement during blink; (2) preventing water evaporation; (3) preventing microorganisms and organic matter (such as pollen) from entering the eye surface. The thickness of the lipid layer of the tear film becomes thinner or the composition of the lipid layer changes, which will accelerate the evaporation of the lower layer of water, decrease the stability of the tear film, and increase the osmotic pressure of the tear.
