2型糖尿病与白内障术后干眼相关性的临床分析

【摘要】:目的探讨2型糖尿病与白内障术后干眼的相关性。方法回顾分析2016年4月至10月收治的137例(176眼)白内障患者的临床资料,根据合并糖尿病情况分为糖尿病组及单纯白内障对照组,其中糖尿病组58例(71眼)、对照组79例(105眼),对比2组患者临床资料及术后干眼指标。结果糖尿病组与对照组患者年龄、性别构成比均无明显差异(均为P0.05);糖尿病组术眼术后1周、1个月、3个月的问卷调查表(McMonnies questionnaire,MQ)评分、泪膜破裂时间(break-up time,BUT)、角膜荧光素(fluorescein,FL)染色、基础泪液分泌试验(schirmerⅠtest,SⅠt)均明显差于术前2 d(均为P0.01),随时间延长均趋于逐渐缓解;对照组患者术眼术后1周、1个月的MQ评分、FL染色、SⅠt均明显差于术前2 d的指标(均为P0.01),术后1周、1个月、3个月BUT与术前2d BUT无明显差异(均为P0.05),术后3个月所有指标与术前2 d均无明显差异(均为P0.05)。糖尿病组术眼术后1周、1个月、3个月的MQ评分、BUT、FL染色、SⅠt均明显差于对照组(均为P0.01)。结论2型糖尿病患者行白内障术后并发干眼症状较单纯白内障术后患者更加严重。
