Centurion白内障智能超声乳化手术系统处理晶状体半脱位的临床观察

【摘要】：目的评价晶状体半脱位白内障超声乳化术中应用Centurion白内障智能超声乳化手术系统的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析15眼晶状体半脱位患者,应用Centurion白内障智能超声乳化手术系统的效果,观察术后视力、眼压、角膜内皮细胞计数、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度、人工晶状体位置及术中、术后并发症发生情况。结果术后3个月,10眼(66.7%)最佳矫正视力≥0.6,其余5眼最佳矫正视力≥0.2~0.6,矫正不良的主要原因是由高度近视或外伤所致的黄斑病变。术后角膜内皮细胞计数及黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(均为P0.05),术后3个月复查均未发现视网膜脱离、人工晶状体脱位、脉络膜上腔出血、黄斑囊样水肿等严重并发症。结论应用Centurion白内障智能超声乳化手术系可安全、有效地完成晶状体半脱位的超声乳化手术,避免玻璃体视网膜并发症的出现。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Centurion intelligent phacoemulsification system in phacoemulsification of subluxated cataract. Methods the results of Centurion cataract intelligent phacoemulsification system in 15 eyes with lens subluxation were retrospectively analyzed. The postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure, corneal endothelial cell count, macular central foveal retinal thickness were observed.
