20例开放性眼外伤的急诊治疗体会

【摘要】：目的:探讨开放性眼外伤的急诊处理及与预后之间的关系。方法:选取20例开放性眼外伤的病例进行回顾分析。结果:急诊处理后约55%的患眼保住或提高了视力,约20%的患眼视力无提高,约25%的患眼患者放弃二期手术治疗。结论:所有的开放性眼外伤在保障生命体征平稳的前提下,都应及时、积极的治疗,争取恢复部分视力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between emergency management and prognosis of open eye trauma. Methods: 20 cases of open eye trauma were retrospectively analyzed. Results: after emergency treatment, 55% of the affected eyes saved or improved their visual acuity, about 20% of the affected eyes did not improve their visual acuity, and about 25% of the patients gave up secondary operation. Conclusion: all open eye injuries should be treated in time and actively to recover part of visual acuity on the premise of ensuring stable vital signs.
