助听后耳聋儿童音乐能力与听觉能力、言语可懂度相关性的初步研究
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between musical ability, auditory ability and speech intelligibility of deafness children after using artificial hearing device, and to provide reference for auditory speech rehabilitation. Methods 27 children (14 males and 13 females) with sensorineural prelingual deafness (moderate to severe deafness) were studied. The physiological age ranged from 9 to 95 months (mean 42 卤25 months), the intervention age ranged from 1 to 72 months (mean 26 卤24 months) and the hearing age ranged from 1 to 60 months (mean 16 卤14 months). The children's musical ability, hearing ability, speech intelligibility and speech intelligibility were evaluated by using (Musical Ears scale, (categories of auditory performance scale and speech intelligibility scale. Linear correlation and regression analysis were used to evaluate the results. Results the scores of musical ability, auditory ability and speech intelligibility were 27.1 卤16.7and 4.4 卤1.9U 2.8 卤1.4, respectively. The score of musical ability was significantly correlated with the score of auditory ability (r = 0.856p ~ (0.001), and the score of musical ability was significantly correlated with the score of speech intelligibility (r ~ (0.827) P ~ (0.001). Conclusion the musical ability of children with sensorineural hearing loss is closely related to their hearing ability and speech ability.
