日常生活助听满意度问卷中文版信度和效度评价

【摘要】：目的:探讨日常生活助听满意度问卷(SADL)中文版信度和效度,以期为助听器效果评估提供一种简便可行的综合性评估方法。方法:对90例助听器使用时间≥6周的成年(≥18岁)受试者采用中文版SADL问卷进行评估。结果:(1)信度检验:内部一致性检验中,问卷总评分的Cronbachα为0.814,4个子维度的Cronbachα系数为0.543~0.824。(2)效度检验:结构效度检验显示4个子维度与总问卷之间的相关度在0.514~0.826(均P0.01),4个子维度之间的相关性较低或不相关;由专家集体评议语句代表性的内容效度,其评价结果为较高;区分效度检验显示双耳配戴助听器的受试者总平均分高于单耳配戴者,差异有统计学意义(t=2.192,P0.05)。结论:SADL问卷中文版基本满足了助听器满意度问卷所需的心理测量学特征标准,可以初步用来评估助听器使用者的满意度效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Hearing Aid Satisfaction Questionnaire (SADL) for daily living (ADL) in order to provide a simple and feasible method for evaluating the effectiveness of hearing aids. In the consistency test, the Cronbach alpha of the total score of the questionnaire was 0.814, and the Cronbach alpha coefficients of the four sub-dimensions were 0.543-0.824. (2) Validity test: Structural validity test showed that the correlation between the four sub-dimensions and the total questionnaire was 0.514-0.826 (all P 0.01), and the correlation between the four sub-dimensions was low or unrelated. ConclusionThe Chinese version of the SADL questionnaire basically meets the psychometric criteria required by the Hearing Aid Satisfaction Questionnaire and can be used to evaluate hearing aid preliminarily.
