康柏西普联合玻璃体切割治疗弥漫性糖尿病黄斑水肿的临床研究

【摘要】：研究康柏西普联合玻璃体切割治疗弥漫性糖尿病黄斑水肿(DME)的临床效果。方法:选择从2010年7月至2015年6月在医院接受治疗的弥漫性DME患者52例进行研究。依据简单随机分组法分为观察组以及对照组,各26例,两组患者均给予玻璃体切割手术进行治疗,观察组则在此基础上予以康柏西普治疗,3个月后比较两组的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)水平、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平。两组治疗前后测定黄斑中央区的厚度(CMT),脉络膜新生血管(CNV)的面积,通过眼压计检测眼内压(IOP),对比治疗前与治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月及12个月时的视力。结果:治疗后两组的VEGF、CRP、CMT、CNV及IOP均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组同期,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后12个月时观察组的视力高于治疗前以及对照组同期视力,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:康柏西普与玻璃体切割手术联合治疗弥漫性DME疗效确切,还可有效改善患者的视力功能,值得给予推广。
[Abstract]:To study the clinical effect of Compactopril combined with vitrectomy in the treatment of diffuse diabetic macular edema (DME). Methods: 52 patients with diffuse DME who were treated in hospital from July 2010 to June 2015 were studied. According to the simple randomized grouping method, the patients in the observation group and the control group were divided into two groups, 26 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with vitrectomy. After 3 months of treatment, the serum levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), glycosylated hemoglobin (Hb A1c) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were compared between the two groups. The area of choroidal neovascularization (CNV) in the central macular area was measured before and after treatment. Intraocular pressure (IOP),) was measured by intraocular pressure (IOP) before and after treatment, and the visual acuity was measured at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment. Results: after treatment, the VEGF,CRP,CMT,CNV and IOP of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group in the same period, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 12 months after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion: Compactopril combined with vitrectomy is effective in the treatment of diffuse DME and can effectively improve the visual function of the patients, which is worth popularizing.
