新疆维汉民族OSAHS患者血清A-FABP相关性研究

【摘要】：目的：探讨新疆维汉民族阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）患者与空腹血清脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白（A-FABP）的相互关系。方法：采取完全随机方法抽取经多导睡眠监测（PSG）确诊为OSAHS的维族及汉族患者各60例，并选取维族及汉族各52例健康体检者做为对照组，采用酶联免疫法（ELISA）测定两组血清A-FABP水平。结果：OSAHS患者血清A-FABP与其颈围、腰围、腹围、AHI、BMI、最长呼吸暂停时间均呈正相关（P＜0.01），与最低血氧饱和度呈负相关（P＜0.01），且其BMI、A-FABP均大于正常对照组，在OSAHS患者中维族与汉族比较年龄、BMI、睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数（AHI）、颈围、腰围、腹围、最低血氧饱合度(LSaO2)、最长呼吸暂停时间(Tmax)、A-FABP，，发现维族患者A-FABP高于汉族（P＜0.05），其余均无统计学意义。结论：除去年龄、性别的影响，OSAHS患者血清A-FABP水平、BMI显著高于非OSAHS组。维族OSAHS患者BMI,血清A-FABP水平高于汉族OSAHS患者，OSAHS可能是空腹血清A-FABP升高的原因，维族OSAHS患者空腹血清A-FABP水平高于汉族OSAHS患者，值得进一步讨论。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between fasting serum adipocyte fatty acid binding protein (A-FABP) and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) in Xinjiang. Methods: totally random methods were used to select 60 Uygur and Han patients with OSAHS diagnosed by polysomnography (PSG), and 52 healthy controls (Uygur and Han) as control group. The serum A-FABP levels were measured by Elisa (ELISA) in both groups. Results Serum A-FABP was positively correlated with neck circumference, waist circumference, abdominal circumference, longest apnea time (P < 0. 01), negatively correlated with minimum oxygen saturation (P < 0. 01), and its BMI,A-FABP was higher than that of control group. In OSAHS patients, the age, (AHI), neck circumference, waist circumference, abdominal circumference, minimum degree of oxygen saturation (LSaO2) and longest apnea time (Tmax) were higher in Uygur than in Han nationality (P < 0. 05). The A-FABP in Uygur patients was higher than that in Han nationality (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: the influence of age and sex on serum A-FABP level in OSAHS patients was significantly higher than that in non OSAHS patients. The serum A-FABP level of BMI, in Uygur OSAHS patients is higher than that of OSAHS patients in Han nationality. The fasting serum A-FABP level in Uygur OSAHS patients is higher than that in OSAHS patients of Han nationality, which is worthy of further discussion.
