糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合鼻渊舒口服液治疗儿童鼾症短期疗效初步分析

【摘要】：目的 观察糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合鼻渊舒口服液治疗儿童鼾症的短期疗效，探讨一种非手术治疗儿童鼾症的方法。 方法 糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合鼻渊舒口服液治疗30例儿童鼾症患儿，根据患儿鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽、打鼾、睡眠呼吸暂停主观症状进行评分，治疗4个月后判断临床疗效。患儿治疗前后腺样体A／N （adenoidal/nasopharyngeal ratio）比值和后气道间隙值（posterior airway space）PAS客观指标通过配对样本t检验统计进行统计学分析。 结果 大部分患儿治疗前处于重度及中度异常；治疗后大部分患儿转变为轻度异常或基本正常，有效率83.3%，无效16.7%；30例儿童鼾症患儿中有9例治疗前腭扁桃体Ⅲ°肥大，治疗后有7例变为扁桃体Ⅱ°肥大；15例儿童鼾症患者治疗前鼻咽侧位X线片A/N值（x±s）为（0.8333±0.0785），，治疗后鼻咽侧位X线片A/N值（x±s）为（0.6933±0.0905），存在统计学差异（P0.001）。15例儿童鼾症患者治疗前PAS值（x±s）为（0.4066cm±0.1948cm），治疗后PAS值（x±s）为（0.7933cm±0.4494cm），存在统计学差异（P0.001）。 结论 短期疗效观察发现糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合鼻渊舒口服液治疗儿童鼾症对大部分患儿有效。该方法具有治疗简单、副作用少，容易被患儿家属接受等优点。因此可以作为儿童鼾症及其术后复发病人治疗手段之一。但长期疗效有待今后进一步观察。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the short-term curative effect of momethasone furoate nasal spray combined with Biyuanshu oral liquid in the treatment of children snoring and to explore a non-operative method for the treatment of children snoring.
