重视环境控制做好健康教育

【摘要】：正国内外诊疗指南均明确指出,变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的治疗包括环境控制、抗过敏药物治疗、特异性免疫治疗和健康教育,概括为"防治结合、四位一体"~([1-3])。环境控制是指避免吸入和食入各种过敏原,可预防和治疗AR。抗过敏药物不能治愈而只能控制AR,用药后症状好转,停药后症状复发。特异性免疫治疗(脱敏)是针对特定过敏原进行的疫苗治疗,可谓精准病因治疗。健康
