氟西汀联合对侧眼遮盖对成年大鼠弱视的治疗作用

【摘要】：目的研究氟西汀(fluoxetine,FLx)口服配合传统遮盖治疗对成年大鼠弱视的治疗效果。设计实验研究。研究对象成年弱视大鼠(P70)。方法制作大鼠成年弱视模型,根据干预方式不同将弱视大鼠随机分为对照组(正常饮水喂养)、Flx2组(20%FLx水喂养2周)、Flx4组(20%FLx水喂养4周)、BFD组(双眼形觉剥夺2周),各组大鼠行传统非弱视眼遮盖(翻转缝合眼)治疗后行图形视觉诱发电位(PVEP)检查。主要指标PVEP振幅,对侧眼与同侧眼振幅比值(the ratio of contralateral versus ipsilateral,C/I比值)及组间比较的HSD-Q值。结果 Flx4组及BFD组配合非弱视眼遮盖治疗1周后弱视眼PVEP振幅由(19.86±3.07)μv、(17.51±4.12)μv升高至(32.31±4.29)μv、(29.31±2.29)μv(t=-4.938、-4.301,P=0.001、0.001);C/I值由1.11±0.29、1.04±0.28提高至2.34±0.45、2.45±0.29(t=-2.743、-3.629,P=0.016、0.007);遮盖治疗后C/I值组间差异显著(F=18.86,P=0.018;对照组与Flx2组:HSD-Q=0.13,P=0.175;Flx2组与Flx4组:HSD-Q=9.76,P=0.013;Flx4组与BFD组:HSD-Q=0.09,P=0.350);BFD组还出现健眼PVEP振幅下降(t=2.672,P=0.047)。FLx2组及对照组弱视眼PVEP振幅无明显提高,C/I比值未出现明显变化。结论20%氟西汀水溶液口服4周与双眼形觉剥夺2周均可稳定激活成年弱视大鼠视皮层可塑性;氟西汀口服配合非弱视眼遮盖治疗可成为成年大鼠弱视的治疗手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of oral fluoxetine (fluoxetine,FLx) combined with traditional shaded therapy on amblyopia in adult rats. Design experimental research. Participants adult amblyopic rats (P70). Methods A rat model of amblyopia was established.
