探讨小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术后眼内炎的发病原因及跟踪治疗体会

【摘要】：目的:研究小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术后眼内炎的发病原因及跟踪治疗体会。方法:以我院2014年12月至2015年12月实施白内障摘除术并人工晶体植入术的患者110例随机分为两组并分析讨论,对照组实施常规跟踪。观察者根据患者的病情影响因素实施综合跟踪及治疗干预。对两组患者的治疗情况进行比较。结果:通过对观察组实施综合跟踪治疗及时治疗干预,与对照组相比,白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术后眼内炎发生率明显降低(P0.05),差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论:实施综合跟踪的目的在于使患者在生理、心理、社会适应性上达到最愉快的状态,使其对治疗充满信心,易于接受和完成治疗过程。因此,在完善治疗方案的同时,积极配合舒适跟踪治疗模式,可有效提高治疗效果,缩短治疗时间,显著提高患者满意度,提高了患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the cause and treatment of endophthalmitis after small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Methods: 110 patients undergoing cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation from December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Observers performed comprehensive follow-up and treatment interventions based on the factors affecting the patient's condition. The treatment conditions of the two groups were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the incidence of endophthalmitis after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the purpose of comprehensive tracking is to make the patient's physical, psychological and social adaptability to the most pleasant state, to make them full of confidence in the treatment, easy to accept and complete the treatment process. Therefore, while perfecting the treatment scheme, actively cooperating with the comfort tracking treatment mode can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the treatment time, significantly improve the patient's satisfaction, improve the patient's quality of life, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
