【摘要】：正为进一步提高期刊学术质量,缩短出刊周期,及时有效地传播优秀学术成果,提高作者学术成果的认可、传播和利用价值,作者可尽快发表成果,争取成果首发权,也为广大学者提供良好的文献查阅条件,我刊己加入"中国知网"学术期刊优先数字出版平台。并将于2014年5月开始对优质稿件实行优先数字出版。优先出版是数字化出版的一种创新与革命,凡已达到本刊正式出版水平的论文,在正式按期次成册印刷
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the academic quality of periodicals, shorten the publication cycle, disseminate outstanding academic achievements in a timely and effective manner, enhance the recognition, dissemination and utilization value of the author's academic achievements, the author can publish the results as soon as possible and strive for the starting right of the results. Also for the majority of scholars to provide good access to literature, my journal has joined the "China knowledge Network" academic journals priority digital publishing platform. In May 2014, priority will be given to digital publishing of high quality manuscripts. Priority publishing is a kind of innovation and revolution of digital publishing.
