【摘要】：正中枢性斜视指由于中枢神经系统疾病导致的斜视。眼球运动障碍多为第四或第六颅神经瘫痪或麻痹~([1-2])。本例患者存在中枢性斜视,我们的治疗方案取得显著的疗效。1临床资料患者男性,55岁,患者6年前患"脑血栓",因脑血栓后双眼偏斜于右侧6年,遗留右侧肢体活动障碍左侧面瘫。双眼视力均为0.2左眼内收位,双眼水平运动严重受限。右眼外旋震颤,内转不过中线,
[Abstract]:Positive central strabismus refers to strabismus caused by central nervous system diseases. Eye movement disorder is the fourth or sixth cranial nerve paralysis or paralysis ~ (1-2). There is central strabismus in this patient.
