脉冲射频治疗难治性眶下神经痛的效果

【摘要】：目的观察脉冲射频治疗难治性眶下神经痛患者的效果。方法 2012年1月至2014年12月,对49例药物和神经阻滞治疗无效的难治性眶下神经痛患者行脉冲射频治疗。记录术后1 d、1周、2周、1个月、3个月、6个月、1年和2年时的疼痛数字评分(NRS),以治疗后患者NRS=0或NRS降低50%以上为标准计算有效率,并记录卡马西平用量及副作用。结果术后1个月、3个月、6个月、1年及2年时有效率分别为67%、67%、65%、59%及51%。除8例(16%)患者脉冲射频术后出现短暂(1个月内)轻微麻木感外无其他严重副作用。结论脉冲射频治疗难治性眶下神经痛患者安全、有效,有望成为保守治疗无效患者的一种治疗选择。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of pulsed radiofrequency in the treatment of intractable suborbital neuralgia. Methods from January 2012 to December 2014, 49 patients with refractory suborbital neuralgia who were not treated with drugs and nerve block were treated with pulsed radiofrequency. One week, two weeks, one month, three months, six months, one year and two years after treatment, the effective rate of (NRS), was calculated according to the reduction of NRS=0 or NRS by more than 50%. The dosage and side effects of carbamazepine were recorded. Results at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years after operation, the effective rates were 67, 67, 65, 59% and 51%, respectively. There were no serious side effects except for 8 patients (16%) with mild numbness after pulse radiofrequency surgery. Conclusion Pulsed radiofrequency therapy is safe and effective for patients with refractory suborbital neuralgia.
