功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合鼻渊胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效

【摘要】：目的:探究功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合鼻渊胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:50例慢性鼻窦炎患者,依据治疗方法的差异性分为研究组和参照组,每组25例。参照组予以鼻渊胶囊治疗,研究组予以功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合鼻渊胶囊治疗。对比两组鼻窦炎患者的临床疗效。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96%;参照组治疗总有效率为72%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗前两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后研究组VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在慢性鼻窦炎治疗中应用功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合鼻渊胶囊,效果理想,具有临床应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery combined with Biyuan capsule in the treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods: 50 patients with chronic sinusitis were divided into study group and reference group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Biyuan capsule, the study group was treated with functional endoscopic sinus surgery combined with Biyuan capsule. The clinical effect of sinusitis was compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96 and that in the control group was 722.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in (VAS) score between the two groups before treatment (P0.05). The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion: the application of functional endoscopic sinus surgery combined with Biyuan capsule in the treatment of chronic sinusitis is effective and has clinical application value.
