翼状胬肉中VEGF的表达与微血管密度的意义

【摘要】:目的:探讨VEGF的表达及微血管密度在翼状胬肉的发生、发展过程中的意义。 方法:选取手术切除的翼状胬肉标本47例(进行期,N=30,静止期组,N=17),正常结膜标本20例。采用免疫组化二步法,观察了VEGF在翼状胬肉中的表达,利用CD31检测了翼状胬肉中微血管密度。 结果:翼状胬肉中VEGF表达率为85.1%,正常结膜中表达率为20.0%,二者相比较差异有显著的统计学意义(P0.01),在翼状胬肉进行期组中的表达率为96.7%,静止期组中的表达率为64.7%,二者相比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。在翼状胬肉Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度中表达率各为50.0%、87.5%、92.0%,三者相比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。在翼状胬肉组中的MVD值为19.12±6.56,在正常结膜组中为4.60±1.53,两者有显著的统计学意义(P0.01)。在进行期组中MVD值为19.60±6.78,在静止期组中为9.58±2.52,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。在翼状胬肉I、II、III度组中MVD值为11.32±1.25、18.93±2.59、19.96±6.32,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。在翼状胬肉中VEGF表达与MVD值之间具有一致性,呈正相关(r=0.594,PO.05)。 结论:在翼状胬肉中VEGF表达与MVD值呈正相关,提示翼状胬肉的发生、发展中新生血管的生成可能发挥重要的作用。
