纤维蛋白胶羊膜棒在去势雄兔干眼症的应用研究
[Abstract]:Objective to study the preventive and therapeutic effects of fibrin gel amnion rod on dry eye disease in castrated male rabbits. Methods 60 male New Zealand white rabbits (60 eyes, all right eyes) were randomly divided into A, B, C, D, E and F 6 groups after bilateral orchiectomy (10 eyes in each group were treated with). A without any treatment for 6 weeks). The fibrin glue amniotic rod was implanted into the lacrimal duct for 6 weeks, and the fibrin glue amniotic rod was implanted for 6 weeks on the day of operation in group B, and the fibrin glue amniotic rod was implanted in group C for 6 weeks. The model of group D (dry eye model was formed 2 months after operation) was observed without any treatment for 6 weeks, and the fibrin glue amniotic rod was implanted into lacrimal duct for 6 weeks on the same day of modeling in group E. The rats in group E were taken out for 6 weeks after implantation of fibrin gel into lacrimal duct. Group F was implanted with fibrin gel amnion rod for 6 weeks. Before and 2, 4 and 6 weeks after implantation, Schirmer I test (SIT), fluorescein stained (FL), corneal confocal microscope and lacrimal duct mucosa K16 Western blot were performed. Results after 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks after implantation, SIT in group C was better than that before implantation, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) between); C group and A, B group in each time comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); 2 weeks after implantation, there was no significant difference in FL score between group C and group C (P0.05). After 4 weeks and 6 weeks after implantation, the FL scores of group C and group A, B were slightly improved compared with those before implantation, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). After 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks after implantation, the SIT in group F was better than that before implantation, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the FL score in group), F was better than that before implantation, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). After implantation C, F group epithelial basal cells and inflammatory cells decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Immunofluorescence staining and Western blot showed negative expression of K16 in lacrimal duct mucosa of C and F groups. Conclusion fibrin gel amnion rod can effectively prevent and treat dry eye disease in ovariectomized male rabbits, and delay the progress of dry eye disease in ovariectomized male rabbits.
