经口机器人手术在儿童OSAHS中的应用探索

【摘要】:正经口机器人手术(transoral robotic surgery,TORS)是一种相对较新的技术,已被证明对许多儿科手术是安全有效的~([1-3])。在过去的20年中,TORS在头颈部手术过程中得到了巨大的发展。机器人手术最初是90年代为成年人开发的,2001年才第1次用于儿科手术~([4])。TORS具有能提供高清晰度的三维内镜视野,提高显微内镜仪器的运动自由度和过滤手抖动等优点~([1,5-6])。其他优点是
[Abstract]:Orthodontic robotic surgery (transoral robotic surgery,TORS) is a relatively new technique, which has been proved to be safe and effective for many pediatric operations. In the past 20 years, TORS has made great progress in head and neck surgery. Robotic surgery, originally developed for adults in the 1990s, was first used in pediatric surgery in 2001.
