舌下含服粉尘螨变应原滴剂对变应性鼻炎患者血清中sIgE、sIgG4的影响及临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的比较舌下含服标准化粉尘螨变应原滴剂治疗尘螨过敏的变应性鼻炎患者的临床效果及患者血清s Ig E和s Ig G4的变化,并比较不同年龄和不同性别组之间的疗效差异。方法采用自身对照方法分析54例舌下含服粉尘螨变应原滴剂的变应性鼻炎患者治疗52周前后免疫学指标s Ig E、s Ig G4及症状评分、体征评分、VAS评分的变化。结果舌下特异性免疫治疗疗效显著,治疗后患者症状评分、体征评分、VAS评分、患者血清s Ig E均显著下降(P0.001),s Ig G4显著升高(P0.001)。儿童组与成人组相比,男性组与女性组相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论三项评分及血清特异性slg E和s Ig G4变化结果均提示粉尘螨变应原滴剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效明显。舌下含服标准化粉尘螨变应原滴剂对不同年龄及不同性别的患者都有疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the clinical effect of sublingual administration of standardized dust mites allergen drops in the treatment of allergic rhinitis patients with dust mites allergy and the changes of serum s Ig E and s Ig G4 in patients with dust mites allergy, and to compare the therapeutic effects among different age and sex groups. Methods self-control method was used to analyze the changes of immunological indexes s Ig E, s Ig G4, symptom score, physical sign score and VAS score in 54 patients with allergic rhinitis treated with dust mites allergen drops before and after 52 weeks of treatment. Results the curative effect of sublingual specific immunotherapy was significant. After treatment, the symptom score, sign score, VAS score and serum s Ig E score were significantly decreased (P0.001), s Ig G4). Compared with adult group, there was no significant difference between male group and female group (P 0.05). Conclusion the results of three scores and the changes of serum specific slg E and s Ig G4 suggest that dust mites allergen drops are effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Sublingual administration of standardized dust mites allergen drops is effective in patients of different ages and genders.
