超声乳化术对青光眼眼内压及角膜内皮细胞的影响

【摘要】：目的:探究超声乳化术治疗抗青光眼术后白内障患者术后眼内压及角膜内皮细胞的改变情况。方法:对102例抗青光眼术后出现白内障的患者(118只眼)行超声乳化术,记录患者术前和术后1d,3d,1周及1个月的眼内压和角膜内皮细胞的改变情况(包括中央角膜内皮细胞密度、平均细胞面积、细胞面积变异度以及角膜中心厚度)。结果:患者术后1d、3d及1周的眼内压升高,中央内皮细胞密度(CED)降低、平均细胞面积(AVE)增大及面积变异系数(CV)增高,角膜中心厚度(CCT)增厚,与术前相比差异有统计学意义(P均0.001);术后1个月眼内压和角膜中心厚度(CCT)基本恢复到术前水平,与术前相比差异无统计学意义(P=0.102,0.167);而术后1个月中央内皮细胞密度(CED)继续降低、平均细胞面积(AVE)增大及面积变异系数(CV)继续增高,患者这些指标及系数与手术前相比,差异有统计学意义(P0.001)。结论:对抗青光眼术后白内障的患者行超声乳化术治疗后患者的眼内压升高及角膜内皮细胞功能的改变均在术后第1天开始出现,但术后1个月基本能恢复到术前水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the changes of intraocular pressure and corneal endothelial cells in patients with cataract after anti-glaucoma surgery by phacoemulsification. Methods: 102 patients (118 eyes) with cataract after anti-glaucoma surgery were treated with phacoemulsification. The patients were recorded before and 1 day, 3 days after operation. The changes of intraocular pressure and corneal endothelial cells (including central corneal endothelial cell density, mean cell area, cell area variability and corneal center thickness) were observed at 1 week and 1 month. Results: on the 1st day after operation, the intraocular pressure increased, the central endothelial cell density (CED) decreased, the mean cell area (AVE) increased, the area variation coefficient (CV) increased, and the corneal central thickness (CCT) thickened. There was significant difference between before operation and before operation (P 0.001). One month after operation, the intraocular pressure and corneal central thickness (CCT) basically recovered to the preoperative level, and there was no significant difference compared with that before operation (P 鈮，
