超声造影于非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变患者视网膜中央动脉血流状态的研究

【摘要】:目的采取超声微泡(声诺维)造影测定非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NAION)的患者视网膜中央动脉(CRA)的血液流动速率及血管走形。方法选取2016年1月至2016年10月之间于我院住并院确诊为NAION的病患16例(17眼)和正常人13例(13眼),设计为患病组与对照组。分别对其进行超声造影,造影剂采用声诺维,采集两组研究对象CRA的超声造影的实时图像,测定CRA血流速度,对结果进行统计分析。结果患病组CRA血流速度为(7.15±0.89)cm/s,对照组视CRA血流速度为(9.64±0.87)cm/s,其差别具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论本实验为首次采用超声造影测量NAION患者CRA流速,直观动态的观察CRA的血流状态,并能评估血管走形,更优于彩色超声多普勒,为临床评估CRA提供了一种新的技术手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to determine the blood flow rate and vascular deformity of central retinal artery (CRA) in patients with non-arteritis anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) by ultrasound microbubble angiography. Methods from January 2016 to October 2016, 16 patients (17 eyes) and 13 normal subjects (13 eyes) with NAION diagnosed in our hospital were selected as the disease group and the control group. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound was performed, and sonowei was used as contrast agent. The real-time images of CRA were collected, the blood flow velocity of CRA was measured, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results the CRA blood flow velocity in the diseased group was (7.15 卤0.89) cm/s, and the CRA blood flow velocity in the control group was (9.64 卤0.87) cm/s, which was significantly different from that in the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion this experiment is the first time to measure the velocity of CRA in patients with NAION, observe the blood flow state of CRA intuitively and dynamically, and evaluate the shape of blood vessels, which is better than color Doppler ultrasound, and provides a new technical method for clinical evaluation of CRA.
