外隐斜调节滞后与近视的相关性分析

【摘要】：研究目的：研究主导眼与调节滞后量及外隐斜与调节滞后量之间的关系，分析主导眼、调节滞后量及外隐斜对近视眼屈光状态的影响作用，从而了解外隐斜、调节滞后量及主导眼对近视进展的影响。 研究方法：采用病例对照研究，选取经遮盖试验筛选的隐斜视青少年154人，其年龄在6岁-18岁，平均年龄为12.32±2.58岁。进行屈光度、近距离隐斜度及调节滞后量的测量。按隐斜度分成正常组（92人）：正位眼及隐斜度6△的外隐斜；外隐斜组（47人）：隐斜度6△；间歇性外斜组（15人）。并用拇指法测定双眼中的主导眼眼别。分别对这三组中主导眼与非主导眼的调节滞后量、近视屈光度进行比较，并对隐斜度与调节滞后量及近视屈光度进行相关性分析。 研究结果：所有受试者中右眼为主导眼96例，占62.3%，，左眼为主导眼58例，占37.7%，两者比较差异极具统计学意义（P=0.0001）。主导眼眼别与近视屈光程度大的眼别无显著相关（P0.05），三组中非主导眼较主导眼调节滞后量大，其差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。三组内单眼注视与双眼注视时的调节滞后量具有统计学意义（P0.05），单眼较双眼调节滞后量大。隐斜度与调节滞后量呈正相关（r=0.147，p=0.016），隐斜度与近视屈光度呈正相关（r=0.161，p=0.012）。调节滞后量与近视屈光度呈正相关（r=0.151，p=0.012）。 结论：主导眼与非主导眼的调节滞后量存在差异，非主导眼显示更大的调节滞后，主导眼与非主导眼的近视屈光度无统计学差异。隐斜度与调节滞后量及近视屈光度之间存在正相关，调节滞后量与近视屈光度之间存在正相关，所以我们推测外隐斜度的增加是近视发生发展的危险因素，调节滞后与近视发生发展的关系有待进一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between dominant eye and regulating lag and between occlusal and regulating lag, and to analyze the effect of dominant eye, regulating lag and esotropia on refractive state of myopic eyes, so as to understand the refractive state of myopic eyes. The effect of regulating lag and dominant eye on the progress of myopia. Methods: a case-control study was conducted to select 154 strabismus adolescents, aged from 6 to 18 years, with an average age of 12.32 卤2.58 years. The adjustment lag and myopic diopter of the dominant eye and the non-dominant eye were compared, and the correlation between the hidden slope and the adjusted lag and myopic diopter was analyzed.
