原发性开角型青光眼24小时眼压和血压分析

【摘要】:[目的]:监测原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)和正常人24小时眼压(IOP),血压,了解其24小时眼压,血压和眼灌注压(OPP)波动情况并对两组进行比较分析。 [方法]:对11例POAG和12例正常人进行24小时血压和眼压监测,24小时眼压和血压监测从10Am至第二天8Am每2小时一次。Tonopen-XL眼压计测量眼压,测量由一名熟练专业工作人员完成。平均眼灌注压,,收缩期灌注压和舒张期灌注压根据公式计算得出。 [结果]:两组在年龄、性别方面无差异(P0.05);POAG组眼压明显高于对照组(P0.001),两组昼夜眼压差值无明显统计学意义(P0.05);两组夜间眼压都升高,POAG组在凌晨6:00达到最高值,对照组峰值位于2:00;收缩压(systolicblood pressure,SBP),舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP),平均动脉压平均值两组均无明显统计学意义(P0.05);两组DBP,MAP昼夜差之间有明显统计学意义(P0.05),SBP昼夜差两组无统计学意义(P=0.054);两组血压(SBP,DBP,MAP)最小值都位于晚上,且两组最小值之间有统计学意义(P0.05),POAG组最小值小于正常组;POAG组眼灌注压(ocular perfusion pressure,OPP)明显低于正常组(P0.05);收缩期灌注压(systolic ocular perfusion pressure,SOPP)昼夜波动两组之间无统计学意义(P=0.055),POAG组舒张期灌注压(diastolic ocular perfusion pressure,DOPP),平均灌注压(mean ocular perfusionpressure,MOPP)昼夜波动大(P0.05)。 [结论]:POAG眼灌注压低,DBP、MAP、DOPP、MOPP昼夜波动明显,提示眼灌注压不足可能是POAG发病的一个危险因素。作为青光眼血管危险因素的眼灌注压比血压更能体现眼血流情况。
[Abstract]:[objective]: to monitor the 24-hour intraocular pressure (IOP) (IOP), blood pressure of primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and normal subjects, and to investigate the fluctuation of 24-hour intraocular pressure (IOP), blood pressure (BP) and intraocular perfusion pressure (OPP) in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma and normal subjects. [methods]: 24-hour blood pressure and intraocular pressure were monitored in 11 cases of POAG and 12 normal subjects. 24-hour intraocular pressure and blood pressure were monitored every 2 hours from 10Am to 8Am every 2 hours. Intraocular pressure was measured by Tonopen-XL tonometer. The survey was carried out by a skilled professional staff member. The mean eye perfusion pressure, systolic perfusion pressure and diastolic perfusion pressure were calculated according to the formula. [results]: there was no significant difference in age and sex between the two groups (P 0.05). The intraocular pressure (IOP) of); POAG group was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.001), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The intraocular pressure (IOP) of both groups increased at night, the peak value of POAG group reached the highest at 6:00 in the morning, and the peak value of control group was 2: 00. There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure (systolicblood pressure,SBP), diastolic blood pressure (diastolic blood pressure,DBP) and mean arterial pressure between the two groups (P 0.05).
