角膜塑形镜矫正近视对角膜形态的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨配戴角膜塑形镜矫正近视对角膜形态的变化和影响。方法采用美国进口EE公司提供的角膜塑型镜(夜戴型),矫治青少年近视118例(235眼)中、低度近视(-4.75±1.85)D,分别测量戴镜前和戴镜后1周、2周、1个月和3个月角膜曲率(K值)、角膜厚度及裸眼视力,采用t检验分析。结果戴镜后角膜曲率明显下降,与戴镜前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);戴镜后2周、1个月、3个月与戴镜后1周比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。戴镜后角膜中央厚度变薄,与戴镜前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),戴镜后2周、1个月、3个月与戴镜后1周比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。裸眼视力明显提高,与戴镜前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),戴镜后2周、1个月、3个月与戴镜后1周比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论配戴角膜塑形镜后角膜中央变平坦、中央厚度变薄。主要变化表现在戴镜后1周之内,1个月趋于稳定。角膜上皮无损伤,裸眼视力明显提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of wearing corneal plastic lens on corneal morphology in correction of myopia. Methods 118cases (235eyes) of juvenile myopia were treated with corneal plastic lens (night wear type) provided by EE Company. The low myopia was (- 4.75 卤1.85D) D. before and 1 week and 2 weeks after wearing the lens, respectively. The corneal curvature (K value), corneal thickness and uncorrected visual acuity at 1 month and 3 months were analyzed by t test. Results the corneal curvature decreased significantly after wearing the lens, which was significantly different from that before wearing the lens (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months and 1 week after wearing the lens (P 0.05). The central corneal thickness became thinner after wearing the lens, which was significantly different from that before wearing the lens (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months and 1 week after wearing the lens (P 0.05). The uncorrected visual acuity was significantly improved compared with that before wearing the mirror (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months and 1 week after wearing the mirror (P 0.05). Conclusion after wearing corneal plastic lens, the center of the cornea becomes flat and the thickness of the center becomes thinner. The main changes were within 1 week after wearing the mirror, and tended to be stable within 1 month. There was no corneal epithelial injury and uncorrected visual acuity was significantly improved.
