角膜塑形镜与框架眼镜矫正屈光参差对眼轴长度和前房深度的影响

【摘要】：目的比较屈光参差患者佩戴角膜塑形镜和框架眼镜后对眼轴长度和前房深度的影响。方法回顾性临床分析。选择2014年1月到2015年11月间在河南省立眼科医院视光学中心因屈光参差验配角膜塑形镜患者40名,配戴框架镜患者41名,在就诊时,半年及一年时经IOL-Master分别测量其眼轴长度及前房深度。采用独立样本t检验分析两组患者眼轴长度及前房深度变化。结果眼轴变化,半年及一年后塑形镜组与框架组差别均无统计学意义(半年t=1.36,P0.05,一年t=1.83,P0.05);前房深度变化,半年及一年后塑形镜组与框架组差别均有统计学意义(半年t=3.61,P0.05,一年t=4.01,P0.05)。结论角膜塑形镜矫正屈光参差与框架镜相比,患眼眼轴长度变化小,前房深度变化小。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effects of corneal plastic lens and frame glasses on axial length and anterior chamber depth in patients with anisometropia. Methods retrospective clinical analysis. From January 2014 to November 2015, 40 patients and 41 patients wearing frame lens were examined in the Optooptic Center of Henan Provincial Ophthalmology Hospital due to refractive parameter difference. The axial length and anterior chamber depth were measured by IOL-Master at the time of treatment, half a year and one year, respectively.
