可视喉镜在会厌囊肿微创手术中的应用

【摘要】：目的探讨可视喉镜下低温等离子切除会厌囊肿的疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年2月~2016年3月会厌囊肿切除术60例,分为2组:观察组(可视喉镜下低温等离子会厌囊肿切除术)和对照组(支撑喉镜下低温等离子会厌囊肿切除术),每组30例,比较2组手术时间、术后咽痛程度、手术疗效及并发症发生率。结果 2组均成功完成手术,观察组手术时间(8.7±2.8)min,明显短于对照组(12.9±3.7)min(t=-4.958,P=0.000);术后咽痛评分中位数1分(0~3分)明显低于对照组3分(0~5分)(Z=-5.582,P=0.000);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组[3.3%(1/30)vs.26.7%(8/30),χ~2=4.706,P=0.030]。2组手术疗效满意,治愈率和复发率均无显著性差异[100.0%(30/30)vs.96.7%(29/30),Fisher检验,P=1.000;0 vs.3.3%(1/30),Fisher检验,P=1.000]。结论可视喉镜下低温等离子切除会厌囊肿安全、有效,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of hypothermic plasma resection of epiglottic cyst under visual laryngoscope. Methods 60 cases of epiglottic cyst resection from February 2015 to March 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. they were divided into two groups: observation group (hypothermic plasma epiglottic cystectomy under visual laryngoscope) and control group (low temperature plasma epiglottic cystectomy under laryngoscope). The operation time, degree of postoperative pharynx pain, surgical effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.
