丁溴东莨菪碱辅助治疗胃溃疡的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察丁溴东莨菪碱辅助治疗胃溃疡的疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析160例胃溃疡患者资料,按用药的不同均分为传统组和联合组。传统组患者给予抑酸、止血等常规治疗;联合组患者在传统组治疗的基础上给予注射用丁溴东莨菪碱20mg,肌内注射,每日1次,连续7 d,后继续常规治疗。两组患者疗程均为8周。观察两组患者的临床疗效、不同时间内腹痛完全缓解的患者例数,治疗后1年内的复发率,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组患者总有效率显著高于传统组,复发率显著低于传统组,不同时间内腹痛完全缓解例数均显著多于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,丁溴东莨菪碱可用于辅助治疗胃溃疡,可明显缩短胃溃疡患者腹痛缓解时间,降低复发率,安全性较好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of scopolamine in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods: the data of 160 patients with gastric ulcer were analyzed retrospectively.The patients in the traditional group were treated with conventional therapy such as acid suppression and hemostasis, and the patients in the combined group were given intramuscular injection of scopolamine 20 mg, intramuscularly, once a day for 7 days, and then continued with routine treatment.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups, the number of patients with complete remission of abdominal pain in different time, the recurrence rate within 1 year after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed.Results: the total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the traditional group.No significant adverse reactions occurred during treatment in both groups.Conclusion: on the basis of routine treatment, butyromo scopolamine can be used as adjuvant in the treatment of gastric ulcer, it can obviously shorten the time of relieving abdominal pain and reduce the recurrence rate in patients with gastric ulcer, and the safety is good.
