性别及年龄对非酒精性脂肪肝患病情况及伴发疾病的影响

【摘要】：目的调查年龄和性别对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患病情况及伴发疾病的影响。方法收集本院体检中心和门诊NAFLD患者8429例,进行问卷咨询、体格检查、血脂和血糖等检测以及肝脏实时超声检查。按照年龄将其分为青年组(年龄45岁)、中年组(45≤年龄60岁)和老年组(年龄≥60岁),并比较不同组别患者的临床和实验室指标。结果随着年龄增长,NAFLD男性患者比例逐渐降低,而女性患者比例升高(P0.01);NAFLD伴发各种代谢疾病比例在青年组、中年组和老年组中差异有统计学意义(P0.01);除高脂血症外,3个年龄组中男性NAFLD伴发疾病比例均高于女性(P0.01)。结论 NAFLD患者伴发代谢疾病比例与年龄和性别相关,这对NAFLD的预防和治疗具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of age and sex on NAF LDD and its associated diseases.
