干细胞移植治疗炎症性肠病

【摘要】:背景:理论上,干细胞可以重建并调节人体免疫系统,而且干细胞具备定向分化功能,从而有望用于治疗炎症性肠病。目的:综述不同类型干细胞干预炎症性肠病的研究进展。方法:以"干细胞,造血干细胞,间充质干细胞,炎症性肠病,克罗恩病,溃疡性结肠炎"为中文检索词,以"stem cells transplantation,cell therapy,inflammatory bowel diseases,ulcerative colitis,Crohn’s disease"为英文检索词,在中国知网(CNKI)期刊全文数据库、Pub Med数据库以及FMJS数据库检索2002年1月至今有关干细胞移植治疗炎症性肠病的文献。最终纳入49篇文献进行综述。结果与结论:胚胎干细胞与成体干细胞对炎症性肠病均有一定的治疗作用,但具体哪一种类型的干细胞最安全、最有效以及此种细胞的最佳剂量与移植途径等,仍需要开展大量的研究。
[Abstract]:Background: in theory, stem cells can reconstruct and regulate the immune system, and stem cells have the function of directional differentiation, which is expected to be used in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. Objective: to review the progress of different types of stem cells in the intervention of inflammatory bowel disease. Methods: "stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis" were used as Chinese key words, and "stem cells transplantationcell therapy and inflammatory bowel disease was used as the key word". The full text database of CNKI journal Pub Med and FMJS database were used to search the literatures about stem cell transplantation in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease from January 2002 to present. Finally, 49 articles were reviewed. Results & conclusion: both embryonic stem cells and adult stem cells have some therapeutic effects on inflammatory bowel disease, but which type of stem cells is the safest, the most effective, the best dose and the way of transplantation, etc. A great deal of research is still needed.
