自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗肝硬化的系统评价

【摘要】：目的探讨自体骨髓干细胞(BMSCs)移植技术对肝硬化的临床疗效。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、重庆维普、Pub Med、Cochrance Library五大数据库,由两名研究者分别纳入符合标准的自体骨髓干细胞治疗肝硬化的随机对照试验(RCT)试验,提取资料并进行方法学评级,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行meta分析。结果共纳入10个随机对照试验(RCT)试验,566例患者。系统评价结果结果显示:ALB、TBIL、PT、PTA均有明显改善,临床症状均明显减轻(P0.05)。结论自体BMSCs移植治疗肝硬化是有效的,但仍需要基础研究和大样本的随机对照试验。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation (BMSCs) on liver cirrhosis. Methods five databases of China Zhiwang, Wanfang and Chongqing Weipu Pub MedCochrance Library were searched. The two researchers were included in the randomized controlled trial of autologous bone marrow stem cells for the treatment of liver cirrhosis. The data were extracted and the methodology was rated. Meta analysis was carried out with Rev Man5.3 software. Results A total of 566 patients were enrolled in 10 randomized controlled trials (RCTs). The results of systematic evaluation showed that the PTPTA of TBILP were significantly improved and the clinical symptoms were significantly alleviated (P0.05). Conclusion autologous BMSCs transplantation is effective in the treatment of liver cirrhosis, but it still needs basic research and large sample randomized controlled trial.
