【摘要】：Cronkhite-Canada综合征(Cronkhite-Canada'ssyndrome,CCS)临床少见,表现特殊,诊断不难.但病因至今尚未明确.本例患者经肠镜检查及临床特点发现病灶,予以口服5-氨基水杨酸(5-aminosalicylic acid)及对症支持治疗后病情好转出院.为临床医生拓宽思路,积累经验.
[Abstract]:Cronkhite-Canada syndrome (Cronkhite-Canada syndrome) is rare in clinical manifestations and not difficult to diagnose. However, the etiology has not yet been determined. The patients were treated with 5-aminosalicylic acid (5-aminosalicylic acidid) and symptomatic support therapy. To broaden the train of thought for clinicians and accumulate experience.
