髓系来源性抑制细胞在HBV感染相关性肝癌中的表达及意义

【摘要】：目的研究髓系来源性抑制细胞(MDSCs)在乙肝感染相关性肝癌患者外周血中的表达及意义。方法选择我院收治的50例肝癌患者、34例慢性乙肝患者和23例健康体检者,流式检测外周血单个核细胞中MDSCs及其亚型的比例,分析MDSCs与肝癌病理特征的关系以及与相关生化指标之间的相关关系。结果乙肝感染相关性肝癌患者外周血中MDSCs比例中位数为2.60%,明显高于健康对照组(0.70%)和慢性乙肝组(1.45%),差异均有统计学意义(P0.01);肝癌组患者中,MDSCs两种亚型g MDSCs和m MDSCs比例均比健康对照组升高(P0.05),在慢性乙肝组和健康对照组患者之间无明显差异(P0.05);MDSCs比例与肝癌病理特征及肝功能相关生化指标等均无相关关系(P0.05)。结论 MDSCs及其亚型可在HBV相关性肝癌患者外周血中升高,可作为乙肝相关性肝癌的临床监测指标。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression and significance of myeloid derived inhibitory cells (MDSCs) in peripheral blood of patients with hepatitis B infection associated hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods the proportion of MDSCs and their subtypes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) was detected by flow cytometry in 34 patients with chronic hepatitis B and 23 healthy controls. To analyze the relationship between MDSCs and pathological features of liver cancer and the correlation between MDSCs and biochemical indexes. Results the median proportion of MDSCs in peripheral blood of patients with hepatitis B infection associated hepatocellular carcinoma was 2.60, which was significantly higher than that of healthy control group (0.70%) and chronic hepatitis B group (1.45%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.01), and the proportion of two subtypes of MDSCs g MDSCs and m MDSCs in liver cancer patients was significantly higher than that in healthy control group (0.70%) and chronic hepatitis B group (1.45%). There was no significant difference between chronic hepatitis B group and healthy control group (P0.05) the proportion of MDSCs had no correlation with liver cancer pathological characteristics and liver function related biochemical index (P0.05). Conclusion MDSCs and their subtypes can increase in the peripheral blood of patients with HBV-associated liver cancer and can be used as a clinical monitoring index for HBV-associated liver cancer.
