【摘要】：正患者女性,74岁。因双眼突发视物不清2天到当地医院检查,诊断"双眼葡萄膜炎"给予局部和全身使用糖皮质激素、抗生素和扩瞳治疗3天,因视力进一步下降急诊转入我院。患者自述起病后全身状况可,除双眼视力下降伴胀痛,无发热等其他不适。追问病史双眼发病前2周曾有低热,在当地医院给予输液后好转。查体:体温37.2℃,血压、呼吸、脉搏正常。皮肤黏膜无黄染、腹部平坦、全腹未触及包块、无压痛、反
