低聚果糖影响结肠炎小鼠肠黏膜的研究

【摘要】:目的观察低聚果糖(FOS)对小鼠肠道黏膜的影响,并探讨其对结肠炎的治疗作用及可能机制。方法用5%DSS诱导建立小鼠结肠炎模型,将30例小鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、FOS组。FOS组在模型建立后饮用配置好的5%FOS溶液。观察各组疾病活动指数(DAI),实验结束后观察结肠长度变化、组织学损伤评分、菌群计数统计以及IL-6、IL-33、TNF-α、RegⅢγ的表达。结果 FOS组DAI(P0.000 1)及组织学损伤评分(P0.000 1)明显低于模型组,模型组小鼠结肠质地变硬且黏膜皱褶消失(P0.01),FOS组结肠致病菌与模型组相比显著减少(P0.01),FOS组结肠IL-6(P0.05)、IL-33(P0.05)的表达量相比于模型组显著降低,TNF-α(P0.05)、RegⅢγ(P0.05)虽有降低但无统计学意义。结论低聚果糖能够改善结肠炎小鼠有益菌群的比例,降低促炎细胞因子IL-33及IL-6的水平,减轻肠道炎症反应。
