【摘要】：正目前,正常成人结肠黏膜中嗜酸性粒细胞数量以及嗜酸性结肠炎的组织学诊断标准尚未明确。本文为明确正常成人结肠黏膜中嗜酸性粒细胞数量,构建了原发结肠嗜酸性粒细胞增多症及嗜酸性结肠炎的临床病理诊断框架,对159名健康成人的左半结肠、横结肠以及右半结肠黏膜的嗜酸性粒细胞进行计数,并从120万例结肠活检病例的资料库里,提取诊断为结肠嗜酸性粒细胞增多症的成年患者资料,除复习所有病理切片外,并获取相关人口统计学信息、临床病理资
[Abstract]:At present, the number of eosinophils in normal adult colon mucosa and the histological diagnostic criteria for eosinophilic colitis are not clear. In order to determine the number of eosinophils in normal adult colon mucosa, a clinicopathological diagnosis framework of primary colonic eosinophilia and eosinophilic colitis was constructed.
