[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influencing factors of common diseases of functional dyspepsia (FD) and neuropsycho psychological factors. Methods 132 patients with FD were selected from March 2012 to September 2015 in Huazhou people's Hospital of Guangdong province. According to anxiety and depression, the patients were divided into FD group and co disease group. The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMA) and hamilt were compared in the two groups. The HAMD score was used to analyze the clinical data of two groups of patients. Results the HAMA, HAMD scores in group FD were (12.54 + 5.69) and (13.11 + 5.27), and the HAMA of the patients in the common disease group were (19.83 + 3.25) and (20.05 + 4.13), respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The age, sex, course of disease, BMI of the two groups of patients. The differences in marital status, genetic history, negative life events, quality of life score and other functional gastrointestinal diseases were statistically significant (P0.05). Multiple factor Logistic regression analysis of statistical indicators in single factor analysis showed that age, marital status, negative life events, quality of life score and the combination of them His functional gastrointestinal disease is an independent risk factor affecting FD and anxiety and depression. Conclusion the co morbidity of FD and neuropsychological disorders is higher. The age, marital status, negative life events, quality of life score and the combination of other functional gastrointestinal diseases are independent risk factors for FD and anxiety and depression.
