胃黄斑瘤的研究进展

【摘要】：正黄斑瘤(xanthelasma)又称为黄色瘤(xanthoma)或类脂岛(lipid island),在消化道食管、胃、小肠、结肠均有发生~([1-3])。黄斑瘤是一种良性病变,黏膜固有层检出泡沫样细胞是其典型特征~([4])。这种细胞又称为黄色瘤细胞,是含有脂质的组织细胞或巨噬细胞。胃是消化道黄斑瘤最常见的病变部位,但是由于发病率低,相关的文献报道并不多见,它的发病机制和临床意义
[Abstract]:Normal macular tumor (xanthelasma) is also called xanthoma (xanthoma) or lipoid island (lipid island),. There are ~ (1-3) in esophagus, stomach, small intestine and colon of digestive tract. Macular tumor is a kind of benign disease. Foam like cells in the lamina propria of the mucous membrane are the typical characteristics of macular tumor. This cell, also known as xanthoma cells, is a histocyte or macrophage containing lipid. The stomach is the most common lesion of digestive tract macular tumor. However, due to the low incidence rate, the related literature reports are rare, its pathogenesis and clinical significance are rare.
