【摘要】：正重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatit,SAP),特别是合并胰腺坏死的SAP病死率超过30%[1]。近年来,SAP多学科合作治疗(multidisciplinary team,MDT)模式逐渐形成,确定了未来MDT模式进一步深化和完善的发展趋势,而在此基础上由各个相关专科高度整合而成的胰腺中心,则代表了未来SAP的诊治方向。2013 IAP/APA指南[2]、2013 ACG指南[3]
[Abstract]:Severe acute pancreatitis (severe acute pancreatit,SAP), especially in patients with pancreatic necrosis, SAP mortality exceeded 30% [1]. In recent years, the SAP multidisciplinary cooperative therapy (multidisciplinary team,MDT) model has gradually formed, which determines the development trend of the future MDT model, and on this basis, it is a pancreatic center which is highly integrated by various related specialties.
