双重滤过血浆置换治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎的效果

【摘要】：目的分析双重滤过血浆置换(DFPP)治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎(HLAP)的疗效、安全性以及对病情进展的影响。方法回顾性分析住院的HLAP患者64例,分两组,传统治疗组32例,只接受传统的内科治疗;DFPP组32例,在内科传统治疗基础上给予DFPP治疗,比较治疗后两组患者的急性生理和慢性健康状况评分Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)、血清三酰甘油(TG)浓度以及禁食时间和住院时间。结果与传统治疗组比较,DFPP组APACHEⅡ评分降低,血清TG浓度显著下降,禁食时间和住院时间明显缩短(P0.05)。结论 DFPP可以迅速降低HLAP患者血清TG浓度,显著改善临床症状,是治疗HLAP快速、有效、安全的方法。
