α1-酸性糖蛋白糖链检测对慢乙肝相关肝硬化的早期诊断及其临床应用

【摘要】：为探讨α1-酸性糖蛋白(AGP)糖链改变对乙型肝炎相关肝硬化的诊断与临床应用价值,我们研究了239例慢性乙型肝炎及乙型肝炎肝硬化患者,所有患者进行肝功能、血常规、B超、FibroScan等检查,同时测定血清α1-酸性糖蛋白(AGP)特定糖链改变指标LecT-Hepa,分析其对乙肝肝硬化的诊断价值。结果显示LecT-Hepa与FibroScan值呈正相关(r=0.556,P0.001)。AGP值随慢性乙型肝炎和肝纤维化的进展而升高,在ALT正常组和升高组中分布无明显差别(P=0.160),研究结果显示LecT-Hepa不受肝脏炎症程度的影响,是比较可靠的早期评估慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化的无创性标志物,具有较好的临床应用价值。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the diagnostic value and clinical application value of 伪 1-acidic glycoprotein (AGP) sugar chain changes in patients with hepatitis B related cirrhosis, we studied the liver function and blood routine in 239 patients with chronic hepatitis B and hepatitis B cirrhosis. The diagnostic value of B-ultrasound, FibroScan and LecT-Hepa, in the diagnosis of hepatitis B cirrhosis was analyzed by detecting serum 伪 1-acidic glycoprotein (AGP) specific sugar chain change index (LecT-Hepa,) at the same time. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between LecT-Hepa and FibroScan (r = 0.556). AGP), but no significant difference was found in the distribution of ALT between normal group and elevated group (P0. 160), and the). AGP value increased with the progression of chronic hepatitis B and hepatic fibrosis. The results show that LecT-Hepa is not affected by the degree of liver inflammation and is a reliable noninvasive marker for the early assessment of chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis and has good clinical application value.
