河南省周口市2014年1-74岁人群乙型肝炎病毒感染状况调查

【摘要】：目的了解河南省周口市1-74岁乙型肝炎(乙肝)病毒感染状况,评价乙肝疫苗(HepB)免疫策略的实施效果。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,抽取2个县2 084名1-74岁人群进行调查和采集血标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、抗乙肝病毒表面抗原抗体(Anti-HBs)、抗乙肝病毒核心抗原抗体(Anti-HBc)。结果在2 084名调查对象中HBsAg、Anti-HBs、Anti-HBc标化阳性率分别为5.26%、56.59%和44.72%。1-4岁人群HBsAg阳性率为1.45%,1-14岁人群HBsAg阳性率为1.76%;分别比1999年调查结果下降了60.27%、76.47%。结论周口市HepB纳入免疫规划后儿童HBV感染显著下降;仍应加强5岁儿童HepB接种工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection status of hepatitis B virus (HBV) from 1 to 74 years old in Zhoukou City, Henan Province, and to evaluate the effect of hepatitis B vaccine (HepB) immunization strategy. Methods A multi-stage random sampling method was used to investigate and collect blood samples from 2084 people aged 1-74 years in 2 counties. Elisa was used to detect hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg),). Anti hepatitis B surface antigen antibody (Anti-HBs), anti hepatitis B virus core antigen antibody (Anti-HBc). Results the positive rates of HBsAg,Anti-HBs,Anti-HBc standard were 5.266.59% and 44.722.1-4 years old, respectively. The positive rate of HBsAg was 1.450.The positive rate of HBsAg between 1-14 years old was 1.76. Compared with the results of the 1999 survey, respectively, there was a decrease of 60.27% and 76.47%. Conclusion the HBV infection of children in Zhoukou City decreased significantly after HepB was included in the immunization program, and the HepB vaccination in children aged 5 years should be strengthened.
