氟哌噻吨美利曲辛用于腹泻型肠易激综合征患者效果观察

【摘要】：目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)临床效果。方法将临床确诊的43例IBS-D患者分为联合组(23例)和对照组(20例)。两组均服用凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片350 mg,3片/次,3次/d;联合组加服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片10 mg,2次/d。4周后评价临床疗效、焦虑自我评量表(SAS)评分及抑郁自我评量表(SDS)评分。结果联合组腹痛、腹泻总有效率均高于对照组(P均0.05)。联合组和对照组治疗后SAS和SDS评分均低于治疗前(P均0.05),联合组治疗后SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组(P均0.05)。结论凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗IBS-D患者可显著改善患者的腹痛、腹泻症状,临床疗效满意。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of droperazothioate metriaxine in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D). Methods 43 patients with IBS-D were divided into combined group (23 cases) and control group (20 cases). The two groups were treated with 350 mg,3 of Bacillus coagulans and 3 times per day. The clinical efficacy, (SAS) score and (SDS) score of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were evaluated after 10 mg,2 / d.4 weeks of combined administration of droperazidone and melitaxine tablets. Results the total effective rate of abdominal pain and diarrhea in the combined group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the combined group and the control group were lower than those before treatment (P 0.05), and the scores of SAS and SDS in the combined group were lower than those in the control group (all P 0.05). Conclusion Bacillus coagulans combined with droperazothioate metriaxine can significantly improve the abdominal pain and diarrhea symptoms in patients with IBS-D, and the clinical efficacy is satisfactory.
