六味能消胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨对功能性消化不良选择六味能消胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛进行治疗得到的临床效果。方法:选择2014年11月—2015年12月间曾在本院接受治疗的功能性消化不良患者112例,分别通过观察组与对照组表示这些患者,对照组中患者以氟哌噻吨美利曲辛进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合六味能消胶囊进行治疗,观察其临床效果。结果:观察两组患者临床有效率,观察组中患者临床总有效率为94.6%,对照组中患者临床总有效率为75.0%;观察两组患者生活质量评分及临床症状评分改善情况,两组患者生活质量评分以及临床症状评分相比于治疗前均有一定程度改善,但观察组中患者改善情况明显优于对照组,两组之间存在显著差异(P0.05)。结论:对功能性消化不良选择六味能消胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛进行治疗效果比较理想,可使临床治疗有效率得以明显提高,并且能够使患者临床症状得到有效缓解,提高其生活质量,可在临床上广泛应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Liuwei Nengxiao capsule combined with droperazothioate melitaxine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods: 112 patients with functional dyspepsia who had been treated in our hospital from November 2014 to December 2015 were selected. The patients in the observation group and the control group were treated with droperazidone metriaxine. The patients in the observation group were treated with Liuwei Nengxiao capsule on the basis of the control group, and the clinical effect was observed. Results: the clinical effective rate was 94.6 in the observation group and 75.0 in the control group. The quality of life score and clinical symptom score of the two groups were improved to some extent, but the improvement of the patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of functional dyspepsia with Liuwei Nengxiao capsule combined with droperazothioate metroxine can significantly improve the effective rate of clinical treatment and relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients. To improve the quality of life, it can be widely used in clinic.
