有关heartburn的翻译问题

【摘要】：正胃食管反流病的主要症状之一heartburn目前国内有二种译法:一种是译成"烧心"~([1]),另一种译成"胃灼热"~([2-3])。笔者查阅1976年中国香港出版的《新英o"懌[x大彮典》中heartburn注释为同pyrosis,胃灼热;心口灼热;在食道中的烧灼感~([4])。而pyrosis项则译成烧心;胃灼热;心口灼热;食道及胃之灼热(同书1643页)。1978年人民卫生出版社出版的《英汉医学词汇》中
[Abstract]:At present, heartburn, one of the main symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease, has two translation methods: one is "heartburn", the other is "heartburn" ([2] 3]). In 1976, Hong Kong, China, the author referred to heartburn as the same pyrosis, heartburn, and the sensation of burning in the esophagus ([4]). The pyrosis item is translated as heartburn; heartburn in the mouth; burning in the esophagus and stomach (same as 1643 pages). In English and Chinese Medical Vocabulary published by the people's Health Publishing House in 1978
