膳食铁摄入水平与非酒精性脂肪性肝病的关系

【摘要】:目的了解哈尔滨市非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)人群膳食铁摄入情况,并探讨其与NAFLD患病的关系。方法采用回顾性调查研究,对哈尔滨市NAFLD患者及对照人群各215人采用食物频率调查表(FFQ)进行膳食调查,统计数据并计算膳食铁摄入量,采用Logistic回归分析铁对NAFLD患病危险性的影响。结果 NAFLD患者铁摄入量[(30.76±17.11)mg/d]、血红素铁摄入量[(5.03±5.99)mg/d]和非血红素铁摄入量[(25.73±12.99)mg/d]明显高于对照人群[分别为(22.33±10.96)、(2.63±3.52)和(19.70±9.08)mg/d,P0.05]。多因素分析结果显示,膳食铁和血红素铁摄入量为最高四分位者发生NAFLD的OR值分别为5.5(95%CI 2.061~14.45,P=0.001)和6.1(95%CI2.562~14.63,P0.001),而非血红素铁对NAFLD的患病危险性没有影响。结论高膳食铁及血红素铁摄入水平是NAFLD患病的危险因素,因此NAFLD患者铁的摄入应适量,尤其是血红素铁。

Methods A retrospective study was carried out among the patients with NAFLD and the control population in Harbin. The dietary frequency questionnaire (FFQ) was used to conduct the dietary survey, and the dietary iron intake was calculated, and the dietary iron intake was calculated.
