二氢杨梅素对小鼠葡聚糖硫酸钠结肠炎的疗效
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the effect of dihydromyricetin (DHM) on ulcerative colitis (UC) and its mechanism. Methods 60 BALB/ c mice were divided into normal group, model group, DHM low dose[50 mg/ (kg 路 d)], middle dose[100 mg/ (kg 路 d)], high dose[200 mg/ (kg 路 d)] and 5-aminosalicylic acid[5-amino salicylic acid,5-ASA,50 mg/ (kg 路 d)]. The normal group of mice were given the normal group of distilled water for self-drinking on the same day, and the rest of the mice were given 4% sodium dextran sulfate (DSS) aqueous solution for 7 days to induce the acute UC model. At the beginning of the day of drinking, the dosage groups of DHM and 5-aminosalicylic acid were administered intragastric respectively for 14 days. The changes of the activity index (DAI), the length of the colon, the index of the spleen, the histological grade of the colon, and the intestinal tissue TLR2 were compared. The activity of TLR4 and NF-EMAB and the activity of IL-1, TNF-1, IL-6 and MPO, NO, and SOD of inflammatory cytokines. Results Compared with the model group, DHM can significantly lower the expression of TLR2, TLR4, NF-B in the colon tissue, reduce the level of the inflammatory factors such as IL-1, TNF-1, and IL-6, and also reduce the activity of MPO and NO in the intestinal tissue and increase the activity of SOD. The results showed that the high dose group of DHM was superior to that of the low and middle dose group (P0.05). The treatment effect was the most obvious. The difference of the treatment effect was not significant (P0.05), and the treatment effect was comparable. Conclusion DHM can alleviate the colonic inflammation of mice induced by DSS, and its mechanism of action may be related to anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation.
