[Abstract]:Acute pancreatitis is one of the most common acute abdominal diseases in clinic. It has a rapid onset and rapid evolution, which can lead to shock, metabolic acidosis, multiple organ failure and even death in a short period of time. Shihan syndrome is a syndrome of hypophysis dysfunction caused by damage to adenohypophysis.
