腹腔镜脾切断流术后腹泻患者肠道微生态表达谱改变的研究

目的:通过16S rRNA高通量测序方法检测肝炎后肝硬化门静脉高压症患者行完全腹腔镜下脾切除联合贲门周围血管离断术(Laparoscopic splenectomy combined with pericardial devascularization,LSPD)后肠道微生态(Gastrointestinal microecology,GM)菌群表达谱情况,阐明LSPD术后出现腹泻并发症患者GM菌群表达谱的特征及改变,为LSPD术后腹泻并发症提供肠道微生态学临床依据,期望指导临床个体化精准治疗及预防策略。方法:按照严格的纳入及排除标准选取江苏省苏北人民医院肝胆胰中心自2017年12月至2018年12月收治入院的肝炎后肝硬化患者17人,所有患者均实施标准化、规范化的LSPD手术。收集所有患者入院后首次自然排便、手术后首次自然排便以及出现腹泻时的粪便样本(根据Hart and Dobb腹泻量表>12分/天)。根据样本采集时间分为术前样本和术后样本,根据Hart and Dobb评分量表分为腹泻者样本与未腹泻者样本,因此共分为4组样本,分别是腹泻者术前组、腹泻者术后组、未腹泻者术前组、...
