IL-11/STAT3信号途径在人类慢性萎缩性胃炎中的作用

　　目的:通过检测白介素11(（interleukin 11,IL-11）及其下游产物信号转导及转录激活因子3（signal transducer and activator of transcription,STAT3）、磷酸化信号转导及转录激活因子3（phosphorylated STAT3）蛋白在慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃癌病人胃黏膜中的表达,以及检测IL-11在各组患者血清中的水平,探索IL-11/STAT3信号途径在慢性萎缩性胃炎中的作用。方法选取内镜及病理结果一致的慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃癌病人共90例,平均每组30例。收集各组患者的胃黏膜标本及血清标本。用免疫组织化学（immunohistochemistry,IHC）法分别测定三组患者胃黏膜中IL-11、STAT3、p-STAT3蛋白表达,用蛋白质印迹法（Western blot）法测定三组患者胃黏膜中STAT3、p-STAT3蛋白表达,实时定量PCR法测定各组患者胃黏膜IL-11m RNA水平,此外,ELISA法测定各患者血清中IL-11水平。结果①免疫组化分析发现,30例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者中,有18例（...
